The U700 is a Humidifier with high standards for cleanliness. Thanks to the innovative CLEANING MODE, the U700 cleans itself quickly and effectively. This highlight also features a one-of-a-kind design and performance. The U700 can release either a cool or warm mist, depending on your own preferences. The timer function, AUTO MODE and the fragrance container accommodate the individual needs of a modern lifestyle.

Thanks to effective high-frequency technology, the water is converted into a micro-fine mist and given off to the indoor air by a fan. The integrated demineralisation cartridge provides water mist without limescale. The included Ionic Silver Stick® utilizes the antibacterial effects of silver and ensures optimal water quality. The low-noise appliances have a very high level of humidification, which can be individually regulated by an output control. As the room temperature can fall slightly as the mist evaporates, most BONECO Ultrasonic Humidifiers can be set to give off cool or warm humidification at the press of a button.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Returns Policy

Sometimes things may happen which mean you wish to return a product. Any unopened or unused product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item simply call us on 0330 100 5206 or send an email to sales@vybrasolutions.co.uk and we will provide you with a returns number to attach to your parcel. A full refund will be provided immediately upon the products safe return and inspection.

There may be some instances whereby we are regretfully unable to accommodate a return or offer a full refund. For instance, in respect of hygiene, we are unable to provide a full refund for non-faulty goods that are incomplete or have been used.

Return carriage on non faulty items is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

We will replace or repair the product when -

  • The product is confirmed to be faulty.

  • If no fault is found then the product(s) will be returned and a charge of £15.00 per product, plus carriage costs will be made to cover technical inspection costs. Manufacturers' inspection charges for 'no fault found' items are sometimes higher than those stated above and if the item requires a full inspection from the manufacturer, their charge may need to be passed on to the customer. Before sending goods back as ‘faulty’ it is always a good idea to contact our technical support on 00800 0595 8595 or email sales@vybrasolutions.co.uk who are often able to resolve setup and installation problems over the phone.

  • You can return a faulty item for full refund within 30 day of purchase. Refund will be given on inspection and conclusion as per the above point

  • Our promise to replace products or refund your money does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
